Cooter’s Truck

Below is Jeremy’s version of Cooter’s truck, really cool build and the rust “look” is a technique that is described below. Many thanks to Jeremy for sharing his pics and techniques, thanks dude!

 

 

 

 

 

And here is the paint/technique he used, in his own words:

“Attached is a picture of the sophisticated finishes paint and activator i used. It was as simple as sloppily painting on two coats on the outside, then after dry coat it with the activator and put in a plastic bag overnight. Putting it in a bag creates the dark rust color and the when you take it out it starts to orange up from the oxygen.”
